Upload your first video ​

A project does nothing until a video sits in it. The upload copies your file to GRAPE MARS and makes a large file smaller first. Then it opens the video in the annotator.

Do it: Upload a video

When you're done you'll have: your recording on GRAPE MARS, playing in the annotator, with an empty timeline under it.
