Put these 5 things in your message. They help support find the cause.

• The page address from the browser bar.
• The date and the time.
• Your browser and its version.
• The exact words on the screen.
• What you clicked before it happened.

Who is my administrator?

Your administrator is the person who gave you your account. An administrator can reset a password, change a role, or turn a feature on.

What if I do not know my administrator?
