Project Status
What this screen is for: the board that says what the team is doing, what comes next, and what is fixed.
It is the first page you land on from Admin Dashboard in your own menu. Any admin can read it. Only a super-admin can change it.
The parts of the screen
- The dark bar on the left: the same list as the rest of the Admin area, without Transcripts. (Until the next update the Project Status and Tests pages show a shorter sidebar without Transcripts; open Overview first.)
- What's happening right now: an amber panel. It names who is working, says what they are doing, and carries a badge: Active, Paused or Awaiting feedback. "Last updated" sits at the foot.
- What's coming next: a blue panel. A short list, each line with an optional date in gray.
- Active test: a green panel next to the blue one. It appears only while a test is open, and counts who has sent answers. View tests opens the Tests page.
- Plan: 4 columns: Now, Next, Later and Done. Each column counts its own lines.
- We're working on: the checklist. Each row has a colored dot for how urgent it is, the job, who reported it, and its state. Completed at the foot opens the finished rows.
A super-admin sees a box in place of each block of text, and a state box on each row. Saving… shows at the top right while GRAPE MARS writes your change.
