Create a platform test

Start a platform test for the team. Everyone then works through the same checklist, so feedback arrives in one shape.

Before you start

  • You need to be a super-admin. The button is hidden from other admins.
  • The page holds 1 prepared test today. It is called "Platform Test 2 — May 2026".
  • The prepared test has 41 items in 7 sections, from sign-in to the admin area.
  • Tell the team before you start it. They see it the next time they sign in.

Steps

  1. Open the Admin area. The Project Status page opens.
  2. Click Tests in the bar on the left. The heading reads "Platform Tests".
  3. Click Create Test 2. The button shows a turning circle.
  4. Wait for the results page to open. It carries the test title and the word "active".

What the team sees

The new test is open at once. On their Tests page it sits under Active tests with a green Active badge and a Start test button. The line under the title counts the items and the answers so far.

A red circle on Tests, in the bar on the left, counts the open tests.

The rest of the page

  • Active tests: every test that is open now. When none is open, the panel reads "Upcoming tests".
  • All tests: every test with its state. Super-admins alone see this.
  • Completed tests: the round that is finished, kept for reference.
  • How tests work: the note the team reads.

Check it worked

Go back to Tests. Your test sits under Active tests, and the red circle counts it.

If something goes wrong
