Delete a project

Delete a project you no longer need. Its videos and their annotations go with it, so read this page first.

Only the owner may do this. On the project page and the project videos page, editors and viewers do not see the button. You cannot undo it.

Before you start

• Role: the owner is the person who made the project.
• What deleting a video removes: the same rules apply to each video here.

Steps

1. Open the Projects page. GRAPE MARS lists your projects.
2. Click the card of your project. Its video list opens.
3. Click Delete project in the right column. A red question shows.
4. Click Yes, delete. The Projects page opens without that card.

The settings page has the same button. Click Project settings, then look under Danger Zone. There the button reads Delete Project, and the answer is Yes, delete again.

You can also do it from the card. Click the three dots, then Delete project. (Until the next update the card menu shows the item to everyone, but only the owner can use it.) Your browser asks the question in a grey box. Click OK in that box.

Check it worked

The card is gone from the Projects page. Reload the page. It stays gone.

• Only project owner can delete project
