Export a workspace to Excel
Save a whole analysis page as one Excel file, with one sheet for each module on it.
Before you start
Steps
- Open the workspace you want. Its modules draw on the page.
- Click Export at the top right. The button reads "Exporting…" while it works.
- Wait for the green bar under the header. GRAPE MARS saves the file to your computer.
Check it worked
The green bar names the file and counts the sheets, such as "Exported Gesture_study_2026-09-07.xlsx — 12 sheets across 11 modules". The file lands in your downloads folder.
Each sheet takes the title of its module, cut to 31 letters. Two modules can produce more than one sheet each. Inter-rater Agreement writes an overall sheet and a per-type sheet. Linguistic profile writes a second sheet too, when its Breakdown setting is Per video.
The numbers match what you see on screen. Each module uses its own scope, the same as it does in the page.
The Export button is gray until the page holds at least one module.
A module that needs one single video is left out when your scope holds more. That is not a fault, and the bar does not count it.
If a module fails, the bar turns amber and names it. The rest of the file is still yours.
