Read the admin overview
Read the size of the whole site in 4 numbers, and its use over the last 30 days.
Before you start
- You need the admin role. The Admin area is closed to everyone else.
- Some panels ask for more. See Super-admin.
- These numbers cover the whole site, not one project.
Steps
- Click your name at the top right of any page. A menu opens.
- Click Admin Dashboard. The Project Status page opens.
- Click Overview in the dark bar on the left. The heading reads "Platform Overview".
- Wait for the 4 cards to load, then the 2 charts under them. The cards read Total Users, Total Projects, Total Annotations and Total Videos. Move the pointer onto a bar or a point in a chart for a small box with the day and the exact number.
What the 2 charts show
- New Users (Last 30 Days): a line. Each point is the number of accounts made that day.
- Annotations Per Day (Last 30 Days): bars. Each bar is the number of annotations saved that day.
Both charts drop to zero on days with no work. That is normal in a quiet week.
The rest of the area
The dark bar on the left holds every admin page: Project Status, Tests, Overview, Users, Projects, AI Models, Transcripts, Platform Logs and Insights. A red circle on Tests counts the tests that are open now.
Back to app, at the foot of that bar, takes you to your projects.
