See all projects

See every project on the site in one table, with its owner and its size. Use it to find a project you are not part of.

Before you start

• Any admin can read this table.
• Only a super-admin can delete a project here.
• Deleting a project here removes its videos and its annotations. You cannot undo it.

Steps

1. Open the Admin area. The Project Status page opens.
2. Click Projects in the bar on the left. The heading reads "All Projects".
3. Wait for the table. It lists up to 50 projects, newest project first.

Read a row

Each row has 5 facts: Project, Owner, Videos, Annotations and Created. The owner column shows the name of the owner, or the email if the name is empty.

Use this table to find a project a colleague mentions. It is the only place that lists projects you are not part of. If your project is older than the newest 50, this table does not show it yet.

Delete a project (super-admin)

1. Click the bin at the end of the row. A question names the project.
2. Click OK. The row goes.

Do this only when the owner has asked you to. There is no undo, and no copy is kept.

Check it worked

The table shows the same number of projects as the Total Projects card on the Overview page.

If something goes wrong

• Project not found
• Failed to delete project
• Only project owner can delete project
• The admin pages say I am not allowed
