Review AI suggestions ​

Learn how to accept or reject the bars an AI model proposes. No model can run today, so most of this page waits for the models.

What you can do today ​

You cannot start a model today. The Library Manager lists 2 models under AI-powered: Shot Type Classifier and Gesture Recognition. Both read Coming soon. You cannot drag either card onto your library, and neither card has an Add button.

A track shows the Run AI button only when a model is linked to it. No track you build today can carry a model, so no button appears. The Library Manager offers no other way to link one.

A library built in an earlier sprint may still carry a model. On such a track the button is there, and the steps below apply. Everything below is built and waits for the models.

Run a model ​

  1. Open a video with a track that carries a model. That track row shows a purple star.
  2. Click Run AI at the right of the track row. A purple line reports what the model is doing.
  3. Wait for the line to disappear. Dashed bars appear on the track.

GRAPE MARS reads the frames in your browser. An admin has to switch the model on first. Some models also need your own AI key. If either one is missing, the run stops and shows an error.

Read a suggestion ​

Each dashed bar is a proposal, not an annotation. Nothing a model proposes counts as your work until you accept it. The small number in its corner is the confidence, from 0 to 100 per cent. A higher number means the model is surer.

Keep or drop one bar ​

  1. Open the timeline and point at a dashed bar. A green tick and a red cross appear on it.
  2. Click the green tick to keep it. The dashed bar becomes a normal bar on the track.
  3. Click the red cross to drop it. The dashed bar disappears.

Keep or drop them all ​

A purple bar above the timeline counts what is left. Use Accept All to keep every proposal. Use Reject All to drop every one, or Review one by one to jump to the earliest.

Check it worked ​

The purple bar is gone once nothing is left to review. Every bar you kept is now yours, and you can move, edit or delete it as usual.
