AI key
An AI key is a long password that an AI company gives you. GRAPE MARS uses it to send your work to that company, and the company charges you for what you use. GRAPE MARS works with Mistral AI and with Google Gemini. You add the key once, and GRAPE MARS stores it in a safe form. GRAPE MARS uses it only for your own AI work.
Example: A researcher wants AI help with the gesture track on her lesson videos. She opens an account with Google Gemini and copies her key. She pastes it in Settings, on the AI Services tab, and clicks Connect. GRAPE MARS stores the key, but no AI tool she can reach uses it yet. A colleague in the same project adds his own key for his.
Why it matters in GRAPE MARS
Open Settings and go to the AI Services tab to add or replace a key. Connect stores it. Disconnect removes it. Nobody else in the project is affected, because each person pays the company directly for their own runs.
