Appearance
Admin
What this screen is for: the pages that manage the whole site, not one project.
Only an account with the admin role can open it. Some panels need more. See Super-admin. A non-admin who types the address is sent back to the home page.
The parts of the screen
- The dark bar on the left: every admin page. In order: Project Status, Tests, Overview, Users, Projects, AI Models, Transcripts, Platform Logs, Insights. A red circle on Tests counts the open tests. Back to app sits at the foot.
- Overview: 4 cards, then 2 charts for the last 30 days.
- Users: a search box, a role filter and a table of every account. The last column holds a role box and a bin, or the words "View only".
- Projects: a table of every project, with its owner, its videos and its annotations.
- AI Models: a table of models with a switch each, and an Add Model button. Click a row to open one model.
- Transcripts: 1 row per video with a transcript. It holds a language box, a tagging state and an action.
- Platform Logs: the server's own record, with a filter for errors, warnings and information.
- Insights: 3 cards, 5 panels about the AI models, and Export metrics (CSV).
On a different copy of GRAPE MARS, a small amber note reads "Staging — all accounts have admin access". You will not see it at the address your administrator gave your team.
