Sign in with email or Google
Sign in with your email and password, or with a Google account. A normal sign-in lasts 30 days.
Before you start
- Create an account, or ask your administrator for one.
Steps
- Open the site. The sign-in page opens.
- Type your email in Email address. Type it in lower case, with no spaces.
- Type your password in Password.
- Select Remember me if the box is empty. GRAPE MARS ticks this box for you. With the tick, your sign-in lasts 30 days. Without it, it lasts 24 hours.
- Click Sign in. Your projects open.
To read your password as you type it, click the eye icon at the right of the box.
Do you use a Google account with the same email? Then click Continue with Google instead of steps 2 to 5. A Google sign-in lasts 7 days. It takes no notice of Remember me. Nobody has tested this button on the live site yet. Contact support if it fails for you.
Check it worked
Your name shows at the top right of the page. The projects page is open.
If something goes wrong
Invalid credentials- I have to sign in again every day
- The Google button does nothing
- I forgot my password
GRAPE MARS shows the same words, Invalid credentials, for an email it does not know and for a wrong password. This keeps other people from learning who has an account.
