Error messages W to Z
Messages that start with the letters W to Z. The last entry covers messages that come from inside the code. The full list is in All error messages.
Warning: Could not upload to cloud storage
The whole message names the file, such as Warning: Could not upload "clip1.mp4" to cloud storage. The video will only be available in this browser session.
When you see it: in the GRAPE import window, while videos go to the server.
What it means: the video stayed in your browser. It is not on the server.
What to do: keep the tab open. Then upload that video yourself.
Workspace not found
When you see it: when you open a workspace from a link.
What it means: the workspace is gone, or another person made it.
What to do: go to the workspace list for the project. Make a new one if you need it.
You cannot remove your own admin access.
When you see it: on the admin Users page, when an admin changes their own role.
What it means: GRAPE MARS stops you from removing your own access.
What to do: ask a second admin to change your role.
Something went wrong on the server
When you see it: rarely, and not during normal work.
What it means: the app sent a request that the server could not read, or the server hit a bug. These messages name fields inside the code, so they will not help you.
What to do: reload the page. Do the same steps again. Contact support if it fails twice.
